Through our Project: Footwear for All Diabetic Foot Ulcers, "Project Foot-Ful", our mission is simple: to provide Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU) patients with the care they need at an affordable price.

Diabetic Foot SG aims to remedy an all too pervasive issue facing DFU patients: the cost and availability of offloading footwear. Offloading Footwear is a vital component in DFU patient care, as recommended by the International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot (IWGDF). It allows patients to offload pressure on their ulcers, which in turn allows for healing, prevention of further deterioration, and ultimately a decreased risk of amputation. However, the cost of this footwear, particularly in Singapore, can often act as a hinderance, and can even deter patients from getting the care they need and improving their quality of life. This is where we come in.

We are passionate about DFU patients and believe that price should never be a barrier to the accessibility of care.
